Warranty

Pickleball Town serves as an intermediary between you and the supplier when processing warranty claims. As such, please allow for potential processing time while your claim is being reviewed and handled.

All warranties are provided directly by the supplier. Refunds are not available for warranty claims.

Certain suppliers offer direct-to-consumer warranty service. In such case, a link to the supplier’s warranty form will appear in our form once you select your product’s brand.

Products deemed defective and covered under warranty will be replaced with the same model, in accordance with the supplier’s policy. If the original model is no longer available, it will be replaced with an equivalent model.

The replacement product must have the same specifications as the original product.

Warranty periods for paddles may vary depending on the model and brand.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning a defective product to the supplier for inspection.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All product warranties are limited to manufacturing defects.

This means that damage resulting from improper use will not be considered a warranty case.

  • The following are not covered:
  • Modifications to the original design
  • Normal wear and tears
  • Handle alterations
  • Damage caused by abuse
  • Weather-related damage
  • Damage caused by ground contact
  • Discoloration
  • Small dents (less than one inch in diameter)
  • Surface scratches on the paddle

 

PROCEDURE

If your product has broken during normal use and the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, it may be eligible for replacement under warranty.
